Support for Regional Trade Waste Groups

Martin Connolly, Executive Director Wastelink presented to the Water Directorate Executive Committee in November 2014. He advised that Wastelink would like to establish regional networks of trade waste officers to provide them with support and professional development.
Some regions in Queensland have already established very useful trade waste networks and it is hoped that a similar model could be established in NSW.
The Water Directorate recommends that trade waste officers working in local water utilities contact Martin Connolly on 02 9247 2800 or support@wastelink/com.au to join his mailing list and participate in the establishment of regional trade waste networks.
