Six-week window for LWU Performance Reports

The LWU Performance Reporting Portal has opened, with 18/19 reporting due by 7 October.

Pricing
DPIE has developed a differential pricing calculator (attached), to help utilities with differential pricing to report ‘aggregated’ pricing indicators for their whole area of operations and derive the typical residential bill indicator in a more robust manner.

Connected properties
Four ‘number of connected properties’ indicators have been included (for water supply residential and non-residential and sewerage residential and non-residential). The intention is to move towards LWUs directly reporting their number of connected properties

Greenhouse gas calculator
An updated greenhouse gas calculator is attached.
 
PREVIOUS YEARS’ DATA
DPIE is still working on producing performance monitoring reports for the 17/18 and 16/17 reporting periods and will publish them as soon as possible.  To help with your reporting, validated historical data from your utility will be displayed in the portal.
