New publications for members

The Annual Review 2015/16 is now available on this website, detailing the Water Directorate’s role offering regional water authorities independent expert advice, technical support, shared industry knowledge and improved efficiencies and long-term planning.  The Directorate publishes technical O&M manuals and guidelines, makes submissions to government enquiries and participates in industry events and awards. The review also provides key facts on membership, income and expenditure.

The next Water Directorate publication is Drought Management Planning Guidelines, updated to reflect changes in drought management since the original guidelines were produced in 2003. The publication includes a USB containing a Drought Management Plan template to enable members to customise the plan to meet their own requirements. The guidelines will be distributed to members later in November.
