The Water Directorate is very pleased to have developed in conjunction with the IPWEA (NSW) Roads & Transport Directorate the Easement Guidelines on behalf of our member councils. A copy was posted to the General Manager of all our member councils last Friday.
11 Jun 15Occupational Profile of the NSW Local Government Water Industry
Earlier this year the Water Directorate contracted the NSW Public Sector Industry Training Advisory Body (ITAB) to undertake a customised survey of our members to collect data on the number of employees in the water occupations defined in the Australian Water Occupations Framework (AWOF). An estimated 28% of the national water industry workforce is in NSW.
