A sporting win

The Water Directorate sponsored the water conservation category in LGNSW’s recent Excellence in the Environment Awards.
Congratulations to the City of Canada Bay for being the overall winner for their project ‘Water for our Community’.
Stormwater harvested from St Luke’s Canal in Concord is treated onsite at Cintra Park and distributed to 15 sports fields and two public golf courses, meeting 95% of irrigation needs.
