I am reaching out to gather insights into the water use requirements for asphalt manufacturing facilities. Specifically, I would appreciate any information or feedback on:

Expected or typical water consumption for asphalt plants (e.g., per tonne of asphalt produced or annually). - Peak water use during operations (e.g., summer or specific production spikes).
Developer Charges:
How developer charges for water connections and usage are determined for industrial sites like asphalt plants. - Whether charges are influenced by estimated water consumption or site-specific requirements.
ET Classification:
