Hi All, We have always typically designed our pumps to be located within pump stations with gantry for pump removal. The gantry component adds cost and needs to be recertified every year. I am looking for what others have done. - Are you pumps
all located indoors or do you have them outside as well? If outside, do you have any protection? - What do you use for pump removal? Gantry, engine trolleys, crane truck etc? - What about your electrical switchboards? Are these being housed within
the pump station, outside or in their own building? Many thanks :)

All our water pumps are located within buildings and the larger pumps all have gantry cranes. Smaller pumps and package pumpstations don't, as they are generally small enough to manage with lifting rigs or crane trucks. All SCA are internal and most
of our larger sewer ones are also locate within buildings. Matt Kidd
