Sewerage Spill Notification Template - 2016
In 2012 the NSW State Government amended the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 and specified new requirements relating to the notification of pollution incidents. The Environmental Incident Template references these new requirements and provides councils with a generic template to use when notifying a pollution incident.
