These Guidelines evaluate and provide detailed information on the costs and benefits of digital metering. The document is a complete re-write and update of the Smart Metering Technology Report originally prepared by the WaterGroup and issued by the Water Directorate in 2017. The Guidelines are available free to members of the Water Directorate via the Members Area of the website.
